We are a group of entrepreneurs based in Shanghai, China. We meet every two weeks to discuss and support each other for practicing organizational learning in our companies. I am looking for several individuals to develop and participate in a study and support group based on the principles of the Fifth Discipline. I am the owner/director of a large multidisciplinary private mental health group practice composed of thirty-four clinicians including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and social workers. I am interested in cultivating an organizational learning environment that promotes generative leadership and participative management. My background experiences include training as a mental health clinician and group psychotherapist with a systems orientation. I have no formal training in business and have developed a successful million dollar practice primarily on intuition and interpersonal sensitivities.
